I have come to the reality of it all and the key to success no matter what your goal is.. A GOOD TEAM! A good team doesn't begin or end with your business team but just having good people around you (friends,family,lover). As old and simple as it may sound not everyone that smiles in your face is one to be sided with. It may take a while or a short time depending on how convincing they are but sooner than later when the lights come on you'll see everything you didn't want to but NEEDED to see.
